GlobetrotterSOS Affiliate Program
GlobetrotterSOS is looking to expand its network of travel professionals by offering the GlobetrotterSOS Affiliate Partner Program to businesses that promote the concepts of travel safety and security.
The aim of the scheme is to offer likeminded organisations, the ability to offer the GlobetrotterSOS Services, primarily on their website, to their clients and visitors to their website.
In return, GlobetrotterSOS will reward the organisation with commission based on the purchases made from people who follow that link to our site, then commit to purchase.
How does it work?
GlobetrotterSOS offers the Affiliate Partner the use of our logo to put on their website which will link through to the main GlobetrotterSOS website. When a visitor clicks on the link, a session is initiated. This session is unique and our software identifies the origin of this session, then follows it through until the session is terminated in a purchase of the service. The GlobetrotterSOS software can tell who clicks through and leaves, or if they make a final purchase.
At the end of each month, we will run a report which shows the traffic sent over from your site, and then pay you a commission on what was purchased.
What do you need to do?
When you sign up, we will send you a logo to add to a prominent place on your website, preferably your home page or on a side banner. We will also give you the link you need to apply to the logo in order to track your business. Our agent will give you as much help as you need so you understand the services we offer.
The commission payment
When you sign up to the program, you need to provide us details of where a payment can be made. The commission payable to you is calculated as % of the gross value of the purchase made.
This will be paid monthly by internet banking or an appropriate method, plus a statement will be emailed to you. We can pay a charity, club or organisation on your behalf if you like.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple. All you need to do is send an email to graham.chapple@globetrottersos.co.uk with the following information:
• Business Name
• Address
• Main Contact
• Tel nos
• Web address
• Contact email
Once we have checked your details and looked at your website, we will forward you our logo and an agreement, which you need to sign and return. Once completed, you need to insert the logo on your site and test the link.
Joint Marketing
One key task is to let your clients know you have become a partner of GlobetrotterSOS. Our research has shown that eMarketing is the best and most cost effective way of doing this. As part of the agreement, you have committed to sending communications to your clients via email, newsletter, twitter or whatever means you feel appropriate to your business. This gives you an ideal opportunity to contact your customers and also promote the affiliate link on your site.
GlobetrotterSOS will assist you in preparing the messaging and have vast experience in doing emarketing campaigns.
We are also happy to discuss hardcopy and Point of Sale promotional materials with you as we also use this media, however the cost of production will be down to you.
