Our aim is to make the whole experience as simple as possible and secure for you.
Your security and confidentiality is our prime concern, so we do need to put some checks in place to make sure we can identify you and your details when a need arises and act quickly to ensure your safety and security isn't compromised.
You need to carefully follow the process to make this work correctly, so please be patient whilst we make the appropriate service available to you. There is a simple flow diagram below which outline the steps and our systems will help you throughout the process. We recommend you are at a PC, you have your email open and your Smart phone has been configured to receive emails and SMS messages before you start.
You can do this all from your Handset, but the PC will make it easier.

When a group of students decided to visit uncharted areas of China and Vietnam to find new kayaking runs in wild areas, Globetrotter SOS offered assistance to them, providing a service to help them plan for all eventualities. The Kayaknam expedition used a Blackberry handset, combined with the Globetrotter SOS Assist service to offer “Here I am” location services to allow folks back at home to know where they are, and should they get into difficulties, have assistance available to them 24 x 7.
