Service Features
Once your buttons are programmed then you are able to send Red and Green alerts. All you have to do is hit the pre-programmed button, this will then pick up your location and send an email and SMS to your list of followers and our 24x7 Security help team. Your location is then known (you can view it on Google Maps) so if you hit a
- Red Alert - in the event of an emergency or when faced by threats, a single button press, an "SOS", can connect you to a specialist security advisor who will advise, assist and co-ordinate an effective and rapid response immediately helping you out of danger.
- Green Alert - You can send as many 'Here I am' messages as you like, this is simply a way of letting your family and friends know exactly where you are and that you are safe, a great way for your family to follow your journey.
You can have up to 10 “Contacts” in your group of followers which can either receive emails or texts or both.
